Snapshot 01-18-24

Mercy and I are making macarons for the first time.  They're more white than aqua, a delicate color.

Honor (who fed us fully homemade, crispy-edged delicious pancakes this morning), Justice and Race are painting with watercolors at the granite kitchen-table-turned-crafting-and-toy-table.

Steel is reading the same William H. Danforth's I Dare You book that Brett read in the 1990s.

Knight and I just finished a conversation about how it went asking out this girl he knows.

Race and Valor are watching The Twighlight Zone.

Brett is drawing in his office.

Oh, and while the macaron's rest, I have Buffalo Chicken Dip in the oven. Of course.

It's 12:19am.

There is much life to live tonight.
